Garvey’s Ghost Returns + Global Screenings Alert!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Toronto, Ontario, Sept 23, 2025

Following the breakout success of its debut season, the award-winning web and TV series Garvey’s Ghost is set to return for a highly anticipated second season just in time for February 2026.

Season 1 had audiences laughing, crying, and Googling Marcus Garvey at 2 a.m., and now Garvey’s Ghost is back to take the hilarity to new heights.

Season 2 expands the story, promising to deliver even more laughs while keeping Garvey’s legacy alive.

“Bringing this series to life has been an absolute blast,” said creator Solomon. “The love for Season 1 was overwhelming—and honestly, a little intimidating. But in Season 2, we’re doubling down on the comedy, the chaos, and the heart. We want audiences across the Diaspora to belly-laugh, and cry tears of joy with us. And maybe even learn a thing or two along the way.”

With its signature mix of sharp humour, historical twists, and modern-day absurdities, Garvey’s Ghost continues to tackle big themes like identity, diaspora, and liberation—proving that sometimes, the best way to confront the past is with a good laugh.

The excitement doesn’t stop there: This autumn Garvey’s Ghost Season One continues to enchant Black audiences worldwide with special screenings at the Skylark FIlm Festival, Negril, Jamaica….
